Our client, one of the largest pastry factories in the APAC region, with stores in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore and Malaysia.

We are now looking for a Head of Pasty to lead our expanding team in Macau.

主要職責

·         協助行政總廚監督餅房的日常運作;

·         負責糕餅製作，指揮及監督烘焙工作，確保出品品質及速度;

·         根據市場制定/配合促銷計畫及設計糕餅;

·         控管食品及工場環境符合衛生標準;

·         監控食品品質及環境衛生;

·         訂購烘焙材料及其他物資;

·         控制採購食材成本及數量;

·         提供適當培訓。

入職要求

·         具10年或以上糕餅製作工作經驗，其中3年或以上管理經驗;

·         良好溝通及管理能力;

·         工作態度積極及有責任心;

·         良好廣東話，須懂讀寫中文及基本英文;

·         即時上班者優先考慮。
