職位要求:

Reporting to the General Manager, she/he is assigned to lead the Operations Team to achieve company financial and non-financial objectives in the following scopes:-

- Lead store team on providing excellent customer service standards and to ensure that merchandising objectives, operating standards and controllable costs are managed effectively.

- Build strong professional relationship with key strategic business partners to seek and develop new business and marketing opportunities.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

- People & Customer Service

  • To develop strategies in maintaining high level of customer service through various service enhancement programmes and re-enforcing rewards and recognition systems;
  • To maximize staff productivity through aligning staffing plan with business review so as to identify areas for improvement on regular basis from time to time;
  • Enhance the communication between Management and frontline staff by communicating with different levels of staff to explain the company policy & business objectives and also to understand the concern of staff.

 

- Store Presentation

  • To develop, implement and maintain the highest standards of store and product presentation.
  • Maximize space productivity - sales per sq metre and GM$ per square metre, in conjunction with company strategy through initiating different types of scientific analysis and act upon.
  • Working with Visual Merchandising team to ensure the stores can fully implement all actions of presentation according to the calendar of activities and develop the ability of store staff in visual merchandising.

 

-  Marketing

§         Ensure high standards of on floor implementation of all marketing activities through analyzing factual numeric information and floor observation.

§         Provide quality feedback to Marketing and Buyers on store and market opportunities by studying the profiles and nationalities of customers at different stores.

 

- Product

  • Provide quality feedback to Merchandising on products e.g. top sellers, poor sellers, new arrival and promotion items, in order to improve the store merchandise strategy and maximize the space productivity and business opportunity.
  • Work with store to look for product opportunities and feedback to Merchandising for sourcing.

 

-  Productivity / Administration

  • To manage and propose all costs in conjunction with Human Resources Manager, inclusive of operations salaries and operating costs to maximize productivity and minimize the unproductive expenses.
  • Perform regular view of sales commission; sales related incentives scheme to assess its effectiveness.

 

-  Security

  • Minimize shrinkage through identifying the problem areas and implement procedural controls in relation with Security & Audit.
  • To develop measures to check and monitor the compliance of company policies and procedures.

 

QUALIFICATIONS ON JOB HOLDER

 

  1. Academic attainment

 

Ø       Degree holder or above in business disciplines.

 

  1. Work/relevant experience required

 

Ø   Minimum 15 years’ solid experience in retail travel preferably with dynamic exposure of various product categories e.g. luxury watches/jewellery, fashion, perfume & cosmetics, audio/visual equipment etc.;

Ø      A highly effective leadership style, exceptional business acumen and a positive contributory attitude is essential;

Ø      Possess proven background in team leadership, people management and cross functional project management;

Ø      Creative, result driven and capable to deliver with tight schedule;

Ø      A keen problem solver with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
