As Sales Director/Manager, you will be part of the pioneer team to set up the business operations and grow the business in Macau. You will be responsible for introducing and developing sales of managed and outsourcing services and projects. Preferably, you are a Macau resident and have spent the past 3 to 5 years working closely with Macanese enterprises and/or government bodies and are familiar with the labour related regulations in Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Prospection of new customers

• Actively and successfully manage the solution development, solution pitch,  negotiation and closure

• Act as trusted advisor for clients and develop proposals in line with their needs

• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and further documentations

• Development multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts

• Build referral and lead generation network

• Development and implement new strategies for new product and services

• Preparation of offers in close cooperation with the bid team

• Development of account strategy

• Build up and develop a long-term relationship with customers

Profile

• Have previous experience in running a services sales function, preferably in the HR or Outsourcing environment.

• Experience in selling complex outsourcing solutions

• Understanding business models and the internal processes linked to outsourcing projects

• Well-versed with the business climate in Macau

• Have established networks with Macanese enterprises and government agencies

• Higher education – University level

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Result oriented, hunter, excellent communication and relationship skills

• Strong customer orientation, team spirit, stress resistant, success minded

• Able to open doors and to close deals
