From 1991 onwards, PHM Contracting Co. Ltd. has been rendering professional interior fitting out and renovation services to a wide range of clientele. The scope of works included commercial offices and building, hotels, restaurant, shopping arcades and malls, shops and residences.
Our professional and energetic staff together with their extensive experience in the fitting out field can provide comprehensive service including conceptual design, site supervision and project management as Main Contractor, site works and co-ordination of various specialist sub-contractors. We can materialize any interior design from inspiration to completion.
Our company has acquired extensive experience from previous and current jobs in China. Coping with the objective requirement of the project locality and the implementation environment, we formed joint ventures with two local grade A fitting out contractors to take up projects in China. We are responsible for the project management and site works, whilst our counterparts assist in the liaison with the local authority and compliance of procedural formalities. The joint effort enriches our competitiveness and enhances our further expansion in China.

自1991年至今，盈康耀榮工程有限公司專為各大小型客戶提供專業之室內精裝修服務，範圍包括商業辦公樓、酒店、商場、食肆、商舖及住宅發展物業等。後改名為盈康工程有限公司，以嶄新管理理念繼往開來地為各客戶繼續提供優質服務。
本公司擁有豐富經驗之專業人員，對各類不同之工程項目提供工程設計、施工、監督並擔任精裝修總承包人，對各機電、水喉、消防等專業分包人提供全面管理和協調服務，並和五金及傢具製造商等組成聯營合作方式，直接生產所需，以滿足客戶要求。
本公司在國內已累積了多年工作經驗，基於不同地域和營運環境的客觀需要，與多間國內一級精裝修施工單位，以項目合作方式承接國內工程，令我司日後在承接國內工程時更具競爭力。
為發展澳門市場，本公司特別與當地公司合組聯營公司，各取所長共同承接澳門工程項目。受惠於本土公司對澳門當地文化、法規及輸入勞工等事宜具深度了解，加上本公司嶄新及系統化的的管理方式，使澳門發展更趨成熟及具競爭力。
