• Work closely with all colleagues to ensure recognitions are met for all guests. Input and update guests’ profiles and preferences at all times
• Organize and provide training to the Front Office team members when required
• Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner
• Personally handle guest issues, special request and ensure our guests have an impeccable experience
• Assist in follow-up of all guest incident and record in system
• Prepare and run daily front office operations reports and check lists
• Responsible for all front office functions and staff, include Bell Staff, At Your Service Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk and Retail/Gift Shop, as applicable
• Directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures as a department head
• Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department

• With Front Office experience is preferable
• Ensuring proper management and supervision of the Front Office
• Strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated and team focused
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
