Our client is a well-established integrated casino resort in Asia. They are now seeking for a Legal Service Director to manage their legal department and ensure their operation is being run with bound of the law.

As a Director of Legal Service, your responsibilities include: legal risks, litigation management, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, operational management and leadership management. You will provide leadership and legal advice on all commercial legal matters such as contracts, tenders, bids, internal policies and procedures, intellectual property rights, company investment, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, etc. You also need to identify and indicate legal and commercial risks and provide risk mitigation measures by liaising, leading and coordinating with relevant departments, external legal advisors and counsel, to ensure appropriate actions have been taken and the whole business is being operated compliance with the laws and regulations. And as a core personal in the team, you are also responsible for team operation and management, as well as influencing essential law concepts to other departments.

This position requires a degree of Law  with at least 10 year of progressive legal experience of providing professional legal counseling service to leading organizations. Strongly preferable experience from hotel and gaming industries).
