Responsibilities
> Provide customer services and handle the whole administrative workflows to agency force
> Handle policy maintenance functions
> Handle enquiries from customer and agency force
> Monitor team day to day operations
> Responsible for ad hoc project and business initiatives
> Ensure assigned jobs are completed within standard timeframes up to good quality standards
Experience and qualification
> Degree holder preferred
> At least 5 years of experience in life insurance industry preferred
Knowledge and skills
> Good command of English & Chinese, both spoken and written
> Computer literate, familiar with Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint
> Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused
> Attention to details and work smart
