We are looking for an experienced Cage Director for a well-established integrated casino resort in Asia.

As a Cage Director, you will report to the CFO, responsible for managing the operations of the Cage Department and the Count Room. You will set up the Cage Systems and integrate with Finance Department, ensure the balancing and securing of chips, cash, and other financial instruments within the Cage inventories. You will manage and supervise the Cage staffs to ensure the SOP are followed. You will work close with other internal departments suchs as Table Games, Electrnic Games, CCTV, Security, to ensure that company assets are safte and guarded by appropriate internal controls.

The successful candidate for this Cage Director position should have at least 5 – 8 years of management experience in cage and credit function. You should be familiar with casino operation, casino accounting, soft count and audit.You must have hands-on experience in handling the cage management system, knowledgable in casino gaming rolling program and about money laundering. You will be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing a team. Able to communicate in fluent English both in verbal and written.If you have relevant working experience in a large scale casino resort in Asia will be an added advantage.
