Job duties:

• Leading a small team of engineers in providing technical support of daily O&M and project of VAS platforms in mobile network
• Responsible for customer complaints handling and problem solving
• Liaise with equipment vendors and related parties to perform O&M activities, new systems/features development, project implementation & network troubleshooting
• Perform system documentation and reports preparation
• Provide emergency call out support for fast system fault resolution

Job requirements :

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunications or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working project and O&M experience in mobile VAS platform such as SMSC, Prepaid, Intelligent Network (IN), CAMEL, PRBT (Hello Ring), Location Push (LP), USSD call back and IVR etc….
• Knowledge in PCT vendor product experience is preferred.
• Knowledge in Unix, Linux, LAN switch, IBM server and batch/awk/Perl is preferred
• Knowledge in mobile communications is an advantage
• Supervisory experience is preferred • Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
