Responsibilities:

Office Supports

• Oversee office operations and management, including administrative tasks
• Assist in general sales support, including preparation of meeting materials and proposals, conducting research, creating market hit-list etc. 
• Oversee and manage inbound / outbound shipping arrangement and monitor general logistic flow
• Manage company stock and inventory and provide timely and accurate suggestions for replenishment and adjustment

Staff Management

• Foster office community and culture, and develop a motivated, quality and service-focus team
• Oversee human resources, including managing health insurance plans and enrollment, setting up employment contracts
• Prepare payroll to ensure it is in compliance with policies and regulations
• Regularly conduct and consolidate appraisals and make recommendation on increment/salary adjustment
• Arrange all overseas travel

Bookeeping

• Oversee and manage the daily financial operations
• General bookkeeping tasks, including daily management of AP/AR, inventory, purchase orders
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports, analysis and cash flow forecast
• Perform forecasting and budgeting
• Manage the local tax filing on a timely basis
• Plus other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma / Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in FMCG companies
• Well-versed in Macau Labour Law and employment insurance policies
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; knowledge of Portuguese and Mandarin will be a strong advantage
• Proficiency in general PC knowledge and Chinese processing
• Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with senior management
• Strong communications and leadership skills
• Independent, mature, detail-minded, initiative and dedicated
