Our client, an entertainment company is currently seeking for an experienced HR manager to join their company. You will lead a HR team of 5-6 people to work on a private company with 200+ employees. Great career opportunity and very attractive salary package is on offer.
Job Descriptions:
- Advise on general HR matters, and provide business partner support when required.
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management
- Design the training programs for all levels of staff according to the training schedule
- Responsible for sourcing candidate to fill needed roles and vacancies
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the Management team
- Lead other ad-hoc HR assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in HR management or related discipline or above.
- Minimum 8 years in HR experience and minimum 3 years managerial experience.
- Well versed knowledge of local employment laws and practices in Macau
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and coaching skills
- Fluent in written, reading and verbal Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Macau ID holder only
