Job Description:

• Manage the store according to the Company guideline
• Responsible for daily operations of retail store
• Maintain high level of customer service standards
• Achieve monthly sales target determined by the Company
• Monitor and analyze the business performance
• Monitor inventory level and goods replenishment
• Staff management and development; roster and manpower planning

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in fashion retail industry, with at least 1 year at supervisory level
• Luxury fashion experience is preferred 
• Proficient in Cantonese, good command of  English and Mandarin
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and strong fashion sense
