Responsibilities:
ü Answer all incoming calls and enquiries, greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner
ü Co-ordinate and monitor administrative activities for the reception areas and conference rooms
ü Assist in daily office administrative and office maintenance work
ü Maintain incoming/outgoing mails and inventory records
ü Assist in general administrative support and ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
ü F.7 or above, with at least 2 years relevant experience
ü Proficiency in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
ü Excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
ü Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
ü Able to work in a fast pace working environment
ü Hardworking and willing to work overtime
ü Responsible and self-motivated
ü Holder of Macau ID
