Responsibilities:
Responsible for all round
secretarial and administrative supports to secretarial department including :
arrange meeting and appointment, prepare agenda and minutes, management report
generation and renewal of company licenses.
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 1
year working experience
Fluent spoken & written in
English, Chinese & Mandarin
Proficiency with MS Office skills (Words, Excel, Chinese Work Processing,
Power Point) and Outlook
