Our client is one of the largest luxury retailers in the world. Operating across two prominent locations in Macau, they are now seeking a high calibre management professional to manage and drive productivity on store level reinforcing their luxury brand message.
The key objective of this role will be to drive sales activities, promote brands, increase expenditure, manage sales team, manage floor presentation and engage in strategic planning. Based in Macau you will take a leading role in overseeing all sales activities, motivate sales drive, drive promotions, coach and provide product training. Job Responsibilities
· Lead and drive sales activities – i.e. promotions, clearance sales strategies and promote incentives programs
· Manage sales team to maintain the quality service carrying brand image
· Manage shop floor activities ensuring positive energy
· Review staff’s performance, policies and practices on regular basis
· Manage performance reviews, coach and lead the team meeting top tier sales performance
· Work closely with Assistant General Manager with talent management
· Responsible for product management
· Assist management with adhoc projects
Job Requirements
· University graduate with Business Management Degree or relevant qualifications
· Minimum 2-3 years of luxury retail experience in managerial level
· Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
· Must be PC literate with report consolidation experience
· Strong leadership and management skills
· High degree of integrity and confidentiality
· Must be able to tight deadlines and self-motivating
· Immediate available highly preferred
