You will delight and exceed the expectations of our customers and business partners by providing excellent product assortment and exemplary customer service. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will
- be key responsible in ensuring that profitability is achieved and in alignment to the region’s goals and objectives while taking into consideration operational efficiency and people development.
- lead negotiations of terms and conditions with potential customers to maximise profitability while also ensuring that long-term partnerships are achieved.
- oversee the non-retail related business channels in Macau while identifying and evaluating new business opportunities within the region that will grow Heinemann’s share of business while also managing relationships of existing customer base.
- monitor, build and share market insights or trends to the Regional Sales Team to support commercial and operational decisions.
- track sales performance of all customers and prepare action plans to further increase partnership and collaboration with them while also working very closely with the Regional team in terms of forecasting orders, fulfilling orders, and reviewing financials on periodic basis.
- actively embody Heinemann’s culture and values, engage with team members, share expertise, and represent the company externally with professionalism and full compliance with all policies
What you should bring along
- a Degree in Business, Commerce or related discipline with at least 5-6 years of Sales and Customer Account Management experience with business network in Macau.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- proficiency in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Proven customer management experience with a strong ability to connect and build long term partnerships.
- strong financial, analytical and negotiation skills combined with sound business acumen.
