職位要求:
作為企業的重要成員,您將協助零售經理制定方向、帶領及發展團隊,並推動整體業務表現。您將負責確保營運卓越、達成業務目標,並持續為顧客提供卓越的購物體驗:

  • 監督店舖日常營運,確保所有銷售渠道達成銷售目標、關鍵績效指標(KPI),並維持高效的營運水平。
  • 分析銷售表現和營運數據,以識別業務需求、制定行動計劃,並支持店舖策略的落實。
  • 維護及定期檢視標準操作流程(SOP),確保店舖執行一致、品質控制到位,並全面遵守相關規範。
  • 為顧客及團隊成員提供即時支援,以促進有效決策並迅速解決問題。
  • 指導、激勵及培育團隊成員,以建立積極、協作及高效能的工作文化,從而為顧客提供卓越的服務體驗。
  • 優化店舖資源配置,包括有效的人手編排、成本控制及庫存流動管理。
  • 準備並匯報定期業務表現,提供有關銷售、庫存水平、顧客反饋及改善機會意見。
職位要求
  • 具備至少6年銷售、零售及領導團隊經驗 (具零售行業經驗者優先)。
  • 良好英文、普通話及廣東話能力。
  • 以身作則,具備強大的領導能力,能與團隊建立互信關係。
  • 具備企業家思維,對創新方案充滿興趣,並有能力為店舖設定、傳達及推動明確的目標。
  • 能於壓力下保持優秀表現,具備宏觀視野,能有效管理銷售及流程運作,以確保店舖表現穩定出色。
  • 願意配合業務需要接受輪班工作


As a member of our family-owned business, you are responsible for assisting Retail Manager to set direction, leading and developing your team and driving business performance to ensure that you are achieving business targets & exceeding expectations of your customers. As the Assistant Store Manager of our Heinemann Duty Free Shop, you will

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure the achievement of sales targets of all channels, KPIs, and high operational efficiency.
  • Analyse sales performance and operational data to identify business needs, develop action plans, and support the implementation of store strategies.
  • Maintain and regularly review Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent execution, quality control, and compliance across the store.
  • Provide timely support to customers and team members to enable effective decision‑making and issue resolution.
  • Mentor, motivate, and develop team members to foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑performing culture that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Optimise store resources through effective staff scheduling, cost control, and inventory flow management.  Prepare and present regular performance reports, providing insights on sales, stock levels, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities.

What you should bring along

  • Associated Degree or an equivalent as well as several years of practical and leadership experience in sales or in a customer-oriented business, preferably gained in the retail market. 
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
  • A role model and strong leadership ability to build trustful relationships with the team
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, an interest in innovative solutions and the ability to set, communicate, and drive clear targets for the store.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and a firm grasp of the big picture in managing sales and process workflows to guarantee your store’s performance at all times.
  • Openness to work in shift rotations as required by the business.
