工作職責:
- 通過令客人滿意的標准,無論在餐廳或是酒吧為客人提供五星級的殷勤好客餐飲服務,最大程度地令客人滿意
- 准備酒吧服務和檢查設備以提供專業餐飲服務
- 熟悉餐飲知識和餐廳菜單並熟知所有食品准備的標准和程序
- 以友好、嫻熟的專業水准為客人提供出色的餐飲服務,確保客人的需被滿足和不斷尋找機會超越客人期望
- 根據存貨控制程序處理和儲存存貨
職位要求:
- 良好的形象,積極、開朗的態度及外向性格
- 良好的英語水平
- 有至少有一年在五星級酒店餐飲部服務的經驗
Key Responsibilities:
-To ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service in a professional manner.
- Prepare the Bar for Service and check the Bar Equipment to carry out smooth daily operations.
- Explain and advise guests on beverages with a high level of understanding and knowledge of cocktail, wine, coffee and other non-alcholo products.
- Receive and check beverage stock, maintain store stock according to hotel procedures and manage storage area.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a 5-Star hotel.
- Able to speak, read and understand English and Chinese.
- Presentable and out going personality.
