奢華時裝品牌店舖經理 (Luxury Fashion Boutique Manager)

We are recruiting candidates for a worldwide luxurious brand in Fashion. 

To cope with their business expansion, we are looking for a Boutique Manager

The Job:

         Monitor the daily sales performance by doing forecasting and planning.

         To motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales target.

         Prepare weekly / monthly merchandising reports for management use on buying and merchandising issues.

         Implementation regarding to sales policies, procedures and customer service guidelines.

        Re-view and re-design operational strategy for continuous improvement.

        Deliver client relationships method to build customer loyalty.

The Candidate:

    A minimum of 7 years’ retail experience with at least 4 years’ at management level.

Strong leadership, enterprising approach, interpersonal and communication skills.

Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

職責:

     管理店舖日常運作, 銷售業績

     領導前線員工達到銷售目標

     準備每週/每月的商品銷售報告，以便管理層處理貨品和銷售問題

     制定有關銷售政策，程序和客戶服務方針

     不斷審視和改善運營戰略，以持續改進銷售業績

     提供建立長遠客戶關係方案以建立強大客戶網絡

要求:

    至少7年的零售經驗，和至少4年以上的奢華品牌 (珠寶品牌 / 時裝品牌) 店舖管理經驗

   卓越的領導力，進取，人際關係和溝通技巧

    流利粵語，英語和普通話
