Our
client is a reputable insurance company, they are looking for an Account
Assistant for the Macao office. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager
and support the team for daily accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process
accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and
efficiently.
- Assist
with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist
in maintaining general ledger accounts and preparing financial statements.
- Follow
up on payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Provide
administrative support to the finance department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Solid
Excel skills
- Familiar
with hands-on accounting operation
- Fluent
in verbal Cantonese and confident in business English
