主要職責：
- 支持、激勵和領導團隊達到店舖銷售目標
- 管理銷售業績，分析銷售數據並提出相應策略建議
- 提供並保持高質素的客戶服務；建立長遠的客戶關係
- 確保根據PANDORA 的指標提供高水平的視覺營銷
- 準備每月的商品銷售報告，管理執勤人員值班表及處理定期盤點工作
- 與不同部門合作，如市場營銷部、視覺營銷部、人力資源及培訓部等
工作要求：
- 至少五年零售及店舖管理經驗
- 具中五或以上學歷
- 積極進取的態度，熱衷於PANDORA產品和核心價值
- 較強的數據觸角，商業頭腦和分析報告能力
- 以結果為導向的領導者，啟發及提供高質素的客戶服務體驗
- 卓越的人際關係及溝通技巧
- 流利粵語、英語和普通話
- Support, motivate and lead the in-store team to achieve the store KPI, targets, and best practice in retail
- Monitor and review store performance, analyse sales figures and come up business plan proposals
- Deliver and maintain high quality of customer service; build a strong relationship and loyalty with customers
- Ensure a high level of visual merchandising and cleanliness in line with the PANDORA Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Handle monthly reporting & roster management; periodic stock take
- Coordinate with different departments, such as Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Human Resources, Training & etc
- Minimum 5 years of Store Management experience in Retail Industry
- Form 5 or above
- A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for PANDORA product and core values
- Data driven mindset, with strong business acumen and ability to analyze reports
- Results driven leader with the ability to inspire and create a highly collaborative in-store experience to customers
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
