客務/高級客務主任 - 客戶服務部
職位描述:
1. 處理熱線中心服務工作 (包括處理服務申請、客戶查詢、投訴及跟進個案等);
2. 主要於客戶中心非辦公時間當值,需輪班及夜間工作或突發性應急當值;
3. 協助部門處理日常事務及協調部門內部相關工作;
4. 完成上級安排或委派之相關工作任務。
技術要求:
1. 高中畢業或以上程度;
2. 2年或以上客戶服務工作經驗;
3. 基本文書處理,如Microsoft Office的應用;
4. 良好中英文程度,懂葡語為優先考慮。
Job Descriptions:
1. Handle the services in hotline center (including service application, customer inquiry, complaints and follow-up cases, etc).
2. Mainly on duty during non-office hours of the customer center, requiring shift work and night work or emergency duty.
3. Assist with handling daily affairs and coordinate the related works in department.
4. Complete the relevant tasks arranged or delegated by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. High school graduate or above.
2. 2 years or above working experience in customer services.
3. Basic computer knowledge, such as Microsoft Office applications.
4. Good command of both Chinese and English (Understanding of Portuguese is a priority).
