Responsibilities:

•          Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience, at least 3 years at management level (preferably with Fashion Retail experience)
•          Strong in store operations, people management & training
•          Manage day-to-day needs and administration
•          Lead the team to achieve sales targets
•          Monitor the inventory and keep the stock level at optimum
•          Ensure high standards of service to provide elevated customers experience
•          Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
•          Good PC skill
•          More experience will be considered as Senior Store Manager
•          Holding a Macau Resident Identify Card is a MUST

•          管理店舖日常運作
•          協助並帶領店舖銷售團隊達至銷售目標及提升顧客服務水平
•          監督店舖存貨管理及資源分配
•          跟進顧客投訴及服務建議，並與顧客建立良好關係，擴大顧客圈及保留忠誠客戶
•          優秀的溝通技巧，主動積極，有責任感及能獨立自律工作
•         良好溝通能力﹑良好粵語﹑英語及普通話(聽寫讀)
•          良好PC技能
•          經驗較高之求職者將被考慮為高級經理一職
•          必需持有有效澳門居民身份證
