As a Brand Ambassador with a special focus on our exclusive perfume and cosmetic assortment you will
• Take accountability and drive sales initiatives for the assigned brand by proactively approaching customers with a welcoming smile, discovering their needs, and inspiring them to make additional purchases.
• Ensure the perfect presentation of our assortment through your great attention to detail and pride in the brand, and create an unforgettable shopping experience with your dedicated advice and attentive support.
• Take responsibility for the accurate and careful handling of checkout processes.
• Regularly participate in assortment-related training sessions to extend your product knowledge and to grasp current and future trends.
• Actively live our Heinemann culture and values, engage with other team members on a personal and professional level, share your expertise, and strive for the team’s success.
What you should bring along
• Practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented business, profound assortment knowledge in the area of perfume and cosmetics, and preferably, previous professional experience with retail luxury brands.
• Very good command of English, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language.
• Genuine passion in engaging with people with a wide range of cultural backgrounds, a natural service orientation and a talent for creating memorable moments for customers and team members.
• Strong team, communication and sales skills – especially the ability to understand the needs of customers through active listening and to act on them accordingly.
• A clear focus on achieving your goals within a fast paced, dynamic work environment and an awareness of your own creative autonomy.
• Openness to work in varied shifts from early morning’s to late evening’s and as per business needs.
