Roles and Responsibilities

• To prepare tendering documents, contracts and service orders
• To conduct tender evaluation from commercial prospective
• To consolidate the results of tender evaluation, propose recommendations and reports for management decision
• To research and make analysis for appropriate suppliers
• To coordinate tender process including the liaison with external and internal parties
• To assist in the preparation of monthly reports, ad-hoc reports, analysis and presentations
• To monitor tendering procedures to ensure the compliance of Purchasing Manual & Company Policy

Requirements

• Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Law, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Computer Literacy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
• Good knowledge in Chinese word processing
• Language Skills
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Others
• Experience in Procurement is preferred
• Knowledge of Macau related law, company ordinance and corporate / commercial law is preferred
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
• Hardworking, willing to work under pressure, to learn and adapt to changes
• Meticulous, with good analytical skills and well-organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
