Store Manager

Job description

•      Fully understand the operations and procedures standards & ensure smooth running of the store.
•      Lead & motivate front line staff to achieve sales target set by the company.
•      Maintain outstanding shopping environment and visual merchandising standards.
•      Develop the team and provide regular coaching for performance improvement.
•      Act as an ambassador for the store & able to establish good customer relationship.

Requirements

•      At least 5 years relevant experience in similar capacity of luxury & premium groceries retail
•      Strong leadership, organizing , analytical and problem-solving skills.
•      Good team players, outgoing, dependable & pro-active.
•      Excellent time management & customer focus.
•      Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English
