Barback
- Support
operations of preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant
customer
- Interact
with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Mix
ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Restock
and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay
guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply
with all food and beverage regulations
- Keep
the bar and floor area neat and tidy
- Follow
all safety, hygiene, sanitation in compliance with company policy and
Requirement
- Possessing
excellent knowledge and understanding of the beverage list
- Developing
new cocktail recipes
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year
restaurant/ bar experience
- Excellent customer
service and engagement skills
- Professional/
vocational training in beverage, cocktail, wine, spirits, beer
- Organized workflow and
multitasking skill
- Awareness of all food
safety and hygiene standards
- Knowledge of Cantonese
and Mandarin. English skills is a plus
- A flexible approach to
problem solving and working with others
- Communicate clearly,
professionally and concisely
