糕點專員

職責

• 按照日常工作流程作餐廳營業前準備及營業後整理
• 以熱情友善的態度迎接及歡送顧客
• 確保顧客有良好的用餐體驗；如接獲任何顧客投訴，通知當值經理以作適當處理
• 嚴謹遵從服務流程，給予顧客賓至如歸的用餐體驗
• 確保餐廳環境及糕點展示區保持整潔
• 確保陳列糕點擺設吸引並不會留空
• 按食品安全準則轉換陳列糕點，處理有問題之糕點並按序記錄
• 依照先進先出的方式處理陳列之糕點、冷凍材料及存貨

職位要求

• 最少1年咖啡廳或西餐廳經驗
• 領導能力強，著重團隊合作，提供優質的顧客服務
• 性格積極外向
• 良好的溝通及客戶服務技巧
• 積極正面，獨立，能在壓力下完成多項工作
• 英文讀寫能力優良，能操流利粵語及普通話優先考慮

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Cake Specialist

• Responsible for setting up and closing the restaurant in line with daily opening and closing procedures
• Give our guests a warm welcome and acknowledge when they leave
• Escalate any complaints to the manager on duty straight away and ensure that all guests in your section are having a great experience
• Ensure that our guests have an amazing experience. This is achieved by following the steps of Service and having knowledge
• Ensuring that you are keeping the restaurant area and your cake display clean and tidy
• Ensure that your cake display is always full and enticing to our guests
• Ensure that all cakes in the cake display are rotated in accordance with food safety guidelines, any perished cakes are recorded on the wastage book
• Ensure that FIFO is practised on your cake display and storage fridge

Job Requirement 

• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience in Café or Western restaurant
• Strong leadership, team player, hands-on customer service 
• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus
