職位要求:

Job Description

• Working closely with the operation team to interpret the brief and to develop store design ideas, both 2D and 3D.
• Preparing 2D sketches and using computer assisted design (CAD) to prepare detailed scale technical drawings and sometimes 3D models.
• Responsible to handle projects from inception to completion including prepare cost estimation, design drawing development, tendering, preparation of submission, construction and completion follow up
• Working with the contractor to help them understand the final solution and its benefits.
• Liaise constantly with internal and external parties and supervise all facility related staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, contractors) to ensure for a smooth opening
• Managing budgets of store construction/fixture, utilities consumption and other expenses
• Plan and coordinate installations and repair/refurbishments all of equipment in a store/office.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Handle insurance plans and service contracts
• Keep financial and non-financial records
• Perform analysis and forecasting
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Design, Architecture, or other relevant discipline;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Retail store interior design(Supermarket is preferred)or fitting-out project management;
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices;
• Strong design skills with good aesthetics/design sense;
• Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast pace environment;
• Hardworking, organized and with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently; under pressure and meet deadline with high accuracy;
• Good analytical/critical thinking;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Japanese is an advantage;
• Knowledge and technique in AutoCAD is a Must;
• Knowledge of Illustrator,Photoshop,3Dsoftware, professional qualification (e.g. CFM) is an advantage.

• 協調店舖/辦公室的所有設備的安裝和維修/翻新;
• 管理其他事務，如停車位分配、廢物處理、建築安全等;
• 處理保險計劃和服務合同;
• 保留財務和非財務記錄;
• 執行分析和預測;
• 處理上司分配的臨時職責.

入職要求:

• 需持有設計、建築或其他相關學科學位;
• 至少5年零售商店室內設計（超市優先）, 或裝修專案管理之相關經驗;
• 精通技術/工程操作和設施管理;
• 設計技能強並有良好的美學/設計意識;
• 自我激勵並能在快節奏環境中管理多個專案;
• 有條理，責任心強，能夠在壓力下獨立工作，並精準地於最後期限完成;
• 良好的分析/批判性思維;
• 熟悉英語和中文，精通日語是一種優勢;
• 需熟悉AutoCAD 中的知識和技術;
• 熟悉Illustrator、Photoshop、3D 軟體、持有專業資格（例如.CFM）是一種優勢
