Sales & Project Assistant, Macau (Ref No.: SE/Macau)

We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as a Sales & Project Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Documentation support to the project team.
• Assist project team to manage all logistic matters
• Maintain the Sales / Project system and input all related information for individual orders
• Maintain the accurate stock record & participate in regular stock take
• Coordinate with different department and customers for delivery arrangement
• Preparing & handling full set of shipping document i.e. import license for products I/E purpose
• Liaising with freight forwarders and assist in coordinating shipment issues
• Occasionally outdoor work is required 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines
• 3 years or above experience working in a project engineering
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong administration and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
•  Team player with strong sense of responsibility, good sense of service and cooperation.
• Excellent at coordinating and tracking own tasks with interfaces to other disciplines.
• Able to work in multi-tasks in an efficient way, good sense of foresee and follow-up
