Accounting Officer (FP&A)

Job Description:

l  Support and assist supervisor in all financial and management reporting

l  Prepare daily, weekly & monthly management report in a timely and accurate manner

l  Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reporting packages

l  Participate in financial analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting

l  Involve from the preparation of annual budget and to exercise budgetary control

l  Liaise with other departments for information required for reporting purposes

l  Assist in financial modelling for scenario planning

l  Participate in stock take in stores and warehouses

l  Assist with any ad-hoc assignments and system implementation

Requirement:

l  Diploma holder or above in Finance, Business or related disciplines

l  2+ years relevant work experience in management account reporting, experience in retail industry will be an advantage

l  Hands on experience in ERP system, preferably Oracle

l  Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot & Functions)

l  Good organizational and time-management skills

l  Strong written and verbal communications skills

l  Detail-minded with strong analytical and numerical skills

l  Self-motivated, positive and a good team player

l  Able to work extended hours
