Accounting
Assistant Manager
Job Description:
l Performs
all kinds of financial and management reporting in a timely and accurate manner
l Standardize
the reporting process, also working to improve and streamline it
l Prepare
budget, review regularly and exercise budgetary control
l Develop
and prepare reports, analysis and forecast on routine and/or ad-hoc basis to
meet the requirement of the management
l Work
closely with Headquarters Finance Team to ensure all accounting processes are
in compliance with the policies and procedures
l Review
account reconciliations; follow up any exceptions identified
l Participate
in stock take in stores and warehouses
l Assist
with any ad-hoc assignments and system implementation
Requirement:
l Degree
holder or above in Finance, Business or related disciplines
l 3+
years’ experience in the management account reporting, experience in retail
industry will be an advantage
l Hands
on experience in ERP system, preferably Oracle
l Proficient
in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot & Functions)
l Good
organizational and time-management skills
l Strong
written and verbal communications skills
l Detail-minded
with strong analytical and numerical skills
l Self-motivated,
positive and a good team player
l Able
to work extended hours
