職位要求:
Job Responsibilities:
• Cutting and displaying of Sushi/& Sashimi products
• Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of food items
• Assist customers in selection and cleaning of products.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area in accordance to safety procedures
• Maintain high food hygiene standards
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role
• Primary 6 or above
• Macau ID Holder only
• Comfortable to work on Sushi/& Sashimi products
• Demonstrate ability to work as a team
• Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
• Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
• Able to speak in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as “Sushi & Seafood Cutter”
• Shift duty is required

• 協助或負責處理海鮮, 切刺身, 製作壽司及刺身
• 監控及和確保壽司及刺身新鮮和高水準的質素
• 協助顧客選取, 包裝食材及張貼食品標籤
• 確保工作間的清潔和衛生並符合公司所制訂的標準
• 保持高水準的食品和衛生標準
• 其他由部門經理或主管安排之工作
入職要求:
• 1年或以上相關工作經驗
• 熟悉製作及處理壽司及刺身
• 小六程度或以上
• 持有澳門居民身份證
• 有責任心, 有團隊合作精神
• 積極主動,良好顧客服務及溝通技巧
• 良好粵語,一般英語及普通話
• 經驗豐富者將被考慮聘用為「壽司及海鮮刺身處理員」
• 可接受輪班工作
