ASSISTANT
/ ACCOUNTING MANAGER (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)
Job Description:
Lead
a small team and in charge of property management accounting and reporting
function
Review
daily and monthly revenue and expenses reports and recurring journal entries
Preparation
of Owners’ committee financial statements and monthly expenses analysis
Responsible
for monthly entity and consolidation accounts
Monitoring
management fee receivable
Attending
owner’s meeting to answer queries
Assist
the annual audit, prepare the supporting documents and audited financial
statements to auditors.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in
Accounting, or equivalent + 5 years relevant experience with 2 years at
supervisory level
Experience in
property management and auditing industry is an advantage
Proficiency in MS
Office and computerized systems a must
Be mature, independent,
responsible, well-organized and a team player
Able to work under
pressure and meet deadlines
Macau ID holder and
immediate available are preferred
Attractive compensation
package including year-end bonus, birthday leave and maternity / paternity
leave will be offered. Candidates with less experience and qualification
will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager
