success in the areas of service, customer satisfaction, and profitability. As
the Sales Team Leader, you will
Empower your team to
provide customers with an unforgettable shopping experience, turn them into
loyal customers, and effectively inspire them in the short- and long-term.
Always be responsive to
your customers and your team to ensure sound decision-making and optimal
problem solving.
Approach customers
openly and positively, and proactively ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Organise, inform,
motivate, and coach your sales team so that each employee can pursue their
personal and professional development.
Promote a trusting and
respectful team culture through meaningful and positive interactions with team
members and express appreciation for performance, celebrating successes.
Consistently keep an
eye on performance targets and align the sales processes with the best possible
result.
What you should bring along
- Excellent command of English, and ideally, a
proficiency in an additional language.
Conduct befitting a
role model, and the ability to build trustful relationships with
your team so that they can achieve their targets and
make decisions independently in their personal scope of responsibility.
Entrepreneurial
thinking, an interest in
innovative solutions, and the ability to
set, communicate, and drive clear targets for the team.
Ability to perform well
under pressure, and a firm grasp of the
big picture in managing sales and process workflows to guarantee your shop’s
performance at all times.
Openness to work in
shift rotations as required by the business.
