Development Executive reports to the Assistant Development Manager, the
incumbent is responsible for managing coinbox networks and provides assistance for
Orbis’s fundraising activities. S/he will also assist the team in maximizing
support from organizations segment, manage volunteers and handle administrative
duties.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and execute the coin box fundraising strategies based on the set revenue and take care of related logistic arrangements
Assist in organizing and delivering fundraising activities to engage the public, includes but not limited to roadshows, street activities, school talks
Assist in building awareness and raise fund within organization segments
Recruit volunteer to support the fundraising activities and maintain an updated volunteer database
Assist in organization mailings and donor-initiated events
Handle donor incoming calls and enquires, walk-in reception and process donation transactions
Conduct online research and support in managing social media postings
Provide general administrative support to the office, stock taking and inventory management
Assist in other fundraising events within the team and participate in other Orbis activities as requested
Perform other related duties as assigned and requested
REQUIREMENTS
University
graduate with 1-2 years of experience in business and/or marketing,
experience in organizing events will be an advantage
Valid
driver’s license will be an advantage
Good
communication skills, with patient and courteous manners
Proficient
in written and spoken English and Chinese
Attentive to details and willing to occasionally
work outdoor with flexible schedule
Candidate
with less experience will be considered as Assistant Development Executive
