調酒師

職責：

• 為酒吧客人準備酒精或非酒精類飲品
• 與客人互動，下單及供應小食和飲料
• 評估客人要求及喜好而作出建議
• 混合配料調配雞尾酒
• 檢查客人身份以確保已達到法定飲酒年齡
• 補充存貨及補給品
• 以客為本並提供優質客戶服務
• 遵照各項餐飲條例
• 保持酒吧場面整潔
• 確保安全及衛生符合公司政策和要求
• 熟悉飲品清單
• 研發新款雞尾酒

職位要求：

• 最少2年酒吧工作經驗
• 具有優質客戶服務及交際技巧
• 具有飲料、雞尾酒、葡萄酒、烈酒、啤酒等之專業資格或職業培訓
• 具組織能力，並能擔任多項任務
• 熟悉所有食物安全及衛生標準
• 良好的英語、粵語和普通話讀寫能力
• 能靈活地處理問題及與人相處
• 清晰、專業而簡明的溝通能力

Bartender

Job RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant customer
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Keep the bar and floor area neat and tidy
• Follow all safety, hygiene, sanitation in compliance with company policy and Requirement
• Possessing excellent knowledge and understanding of the beverage list
• Developing new cocktail recipes

Job Requirement：

• At least 2 years bar experience
• Excellent customer service and engagement skills
• Professional/ vocational training in beverage, cocktail, wine, spirits, beer
• Organized workflow and multitasking skill
• Awareness of all food safety and hygiene standards
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese
• A flexible approach to problem solving and working with others
• Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely
