1) Fully
understand the operations and procedures standards & ensure smooth running
of the store.
全面了解店舖運作流程及公司準則以確保店舖運作順暢
2) Lead
& motivate front line staff to achieve sales target set by the company.
領導及推動前線員工以達到公司所定下的銷售目標
3) Maintain
outstanding shopping environment and visual merchandising standards.
維持良好的店舖環境及保持高標準的商品陳列
4) Monitoring
stock levels and stock management for replenishment.
監察店舖庫存及管理補給
5) Develop
the team and provide regular coaching for performance improvement.
建立團隊及提供定期培訓以提升團隊表現質素
6) Act
as an ambassador for the store & able to establish good customer
relationship.
成為店舖大使及建立良好顧客關係
Requirements
工作要求:
1) Tertiary education with solid
experience in retail operation & team lead experience.
大專及以上學歷,及擁有豐富零售營運和團隊領導經驗
2) Strong leadership, organizing, analytical & problem-solving skills.
具備良好領導、組織、分析及解決問題之能力
3) Good
team players, outgoing, dependable & pro-active.
具備團隊合作精神、積極主動、有責任感
4) Excellent
time management & customer focus.
善於時間管理及擁有以客為本精神
5) Adaptable
to changes & willing to accept challenges.
適應能力強,勇於接受挑戰
6) Competent
with retailer computer packages such as POS and CRM systems.
熟悉銷售系統,如POS、CRM等
7) Proficient
in Microsoft software packages (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
須純熟運用微軟電腦軟件,如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等
8) Knowledge
of business analytics tools & other collaboration platforms is desirable.
擁有高級品牌相關工作相經驗及懂得運用商業分析工具為佳
9) Good
command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
良好中英文讀寫能力,能以流利國語及英語溝通
