the leading department store group in Macau. In view of the business expansion,
there is an exciting opportunity for an experience and dynamic Food and
beverage professional to work alongside a highly experienced international team
in one of Macau’s most anticipated openings.
Role and Responsibilities
1) Oversee all restaurants and kitchens on
products, productivity and guest service experience within the assigned Western
cuisine team of the Group.
2) Advice and monitor the team on service
standards, customer satisfaction, menu design,labour cost and productivity in
order to sustain the business competitiveness.
3) Identify and execute business
operational strategies by analyzing trends; prepare critical measurements;
develop business plans.
4) Implement financial strategies by
anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; develop budgets and capital
expenditure plans; develop action plans; measure and analyze financial results;
initiate corrective actions and minimize the impact of variances.
5) Collaborate with marketing team to
plan, develop and implement marketing and advertisement plans, events and
activities, social media and digital marketing for boosting up the sales
performance as well as strengthen a brand building by penetrating the business
in the market.
6) Direct and advice the team on supplies
and costing by collaborating with purchasing team to review the existing system
and policies to strengthen inventory and cost control.
7) Work with human resources team to plan,
develop and monitor people agenda in order to sustain a pool of talents within
the Group.
8) Support and lead multi-projects in
align with business plans, concepts and developments.
Education, Skills and Competencies:
1) Bachelor degree or
above in business management, hospitality, catering or related discipline.
2) At least 10 years of
experience in food & beverage management with a proven track record in
restaurant and hotel groups would be a definite an asset.
3) Solid experience in
developing strategic business and/or food and beverage plans.
4) Excellent
interpersonal, communication, leadership and management skills.
5) Strong business acumen
with cost conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
6) Competency in
decision-making, flexibility and analytical skills.
7) Experience in business
pre-opening and mobilization projects.
8) Proficiency with
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9) Proficient in written
and spoken English / Chinese / Mandarin.
10) To be stationed in
Macau; Holders of Macau ID or Macau work visa are preferred.
