Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Support the sales team for daily order logistics;
2. Prepare and process quotation, sales orders and related documents;
3. Work closely with internal parties on order requirements, service delivery, billing...etc;
4. Handle and process internal/external customers' inquiries to ensure all requests are followed up timely and thoroughly;
5. Maintain and update sales data and ensure all data is recorded timely and accurately.
Requirements:
1. Form 6 or above;
2. With 2 years working experience (less experience is also considered);
3. Prior experience in customer service / sales process is advantage;
4. Pleasant, polite and good telephone manner and communication skills;
5. Self-driven, creative, good communication skill, inter-personal skill, result-oriented and can work
6. independently under pressure;
7. Good command in written English and Chinese;
8. Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
9. Familiar with MS office applications;
10. Immediately available is an advantage;
11. IT knowledge and experience is an advantage;
11. Fresh graduates are welcome.
