Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of frontline sales staff in maintaining the daily operation of the shop
- Leading, motivating and developing the team to operate efficiently in maximizing sales and profits
- Assist in formulating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Providing sales, product and customer services training
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Min. 2 yrs' high fashion retail experience at supervisory level with knowledge in menswear
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Supervisor
