Job responsibilities:
• To assist in the smooth operations of the poker room
• To handle daily player communications, and to deliver instant customer services
• To assist in the staff scheduling and manpower allocation
• To assist in the development, implementation and coordination of player activities and promotions
• To coordinate internally to execute all partner deliverables
• To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned and offer general team support
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with considerable exposure in land-based gaming environment; with a focus on customer service highly preferred
• Knowledge of poker game rules and regulations preferred
• Cash handling or previous casino cage experience preferred
• Independent, hands-on and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to cope and deliver under pressure, great attention to detail
• Excellent communications and presentation skills; good command of spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin required
• Immediate availability preferred
