Our client is a leading Asian hotel developer who is currently searching for an accomplished Senior Manager of Architecture Design to support the analysis and planning of new resort projects for a high-end hotel brand.

Working within a small and highly talented team, you will report to the Design Director of Special Projects and support him with the preparation of design feasibilities studies and reports. Specifically, you will create freehand design sketches, master plans, and architectural drawings for potential resort projects. Moreover, you will prepare and update project program materials and monitor work status for reporting. Acting as a senior manager within the team, you will provide guidance and leadership to subordinates by demonstrating excellence within architectural design.

Degree qualified in Architecture, you should possess 10 years’ relevant design experience within hospitality projects and be a member of RIBA or HKIA. You should also be proficient with freehand sketching and AutoCAD. As this role will require you to pitch your ideas to directors, strong presentation skills and an excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
