l          Secondary school graduated or above

l          1 year relevant work experience preferred

l          Good telephone manner and communication skills

l          Good command of both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

l          Ability to provide quality services to guest/customer is essential

l          Willing to learn, responsible and able to work independently

l          Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Chinese input)
