As a Business Development Manager,
you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the annual
sales plan and growing the overall business in the local territory. You will
increase market share, drive revenue, exceed targets and manage local hotel
partners and build client relationships.

Experience/Knowledge
Required:
- A proven track record in sales and experience of
selling Internet related technologies and services
- Minimum 2-5 years successfully operating within a
target driven environment
- Strong sales forecasting and reporting skills; Able
to manage cold calls; handle all new leads thoroughly & promptly and
ensure timely follow up
- Proven ability to schedule own work and manage
priorities independently
- Skilled in both developing strategies and tactics,
and determining and implementing the requirements necessary for success
- High level of interpersonal skills including
persuasive and influencing skills
- Proven success in putting together RFPs (request for
proposal), understanding clients’ business objectives and providing
optimal solutions to propose
- Confidence and success in presenting to multiple
levels of management
- Proven relationship building skills particularly with
clients, suppliers and partners
- A high standard of written and spoken English is a
must
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office and
Windows-based computer applications
- MBA or Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business
- A specific understanding of wireless (WiFi) and
VoIP/IPTV is a plus
- Hospitality industry experience will be an added
advantage
