Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. To lead all store staff to achieve the sales target
2. To guide all store staff to keep good image and provide good services to customers
3. To training all store staff about the product knowledge, service standard, system operation, etc.
4. To understand customer's needs in depth, tracking customers feedback, interact with customers
5. To handle complains and suggestions from customers, improve the satisfaction of customers
6. To complete the assigned paper work, include customer information summary, monthly sales report, store staff evaluation, etc.
7. To take responsibilities to the merchandise receiving, selling, stocking. Control store daily expense
8. To frequently communicate with other department of corporate office (Merchandising, VM, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT etc.) to enhance the work effeciency and sales revenue.
Requirement:
1. College or above, 5 years or above retail work experience with at least 2 years works as a manager. Fashion/Luxury/Cosmetic industry is preferred
2. Good English, Cantonese and Putonghua
3. Excellent sales skills
4. Good sense of customer services
5. Solid leadership
6. Be able to work under pressure
