Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. To lead assigned team members in driving sales and meet sales target
2. To assist Store Manager on training program include product knowledge, service standard, system operation, etc.
3. To well understand customer's needs timely, handle customers complains carefully and efficiently, and improve their satisfaction
4. To assist Store Manager on stock taking, data summary, and other assigned tasks
5. To take care of all store routine works when Store Manager is not on duty
Requirement:
1. High School or above, at least 4 years retail work experience with at least 1 year at supervisory role. Fashion/Luxury/Cosmetic industry is preferred
2. Good English, Cantonese and Putonghua
3. Excellent sales skills and communication skills
4. Good sense of customer services
5. Proactive and self-motivated
6. Be able to work under pressure
