Key Responsibilities:
l Assist recruitment process
l Organize staff activities
l Attendance checking
l Record and renew work permit
l Process payroll
l Handling ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
l Holder of Diploma in HRM or related disciplines
l Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations
l At least 3 years working experience in HR field
l Good command of written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
l Effective organizational skills and good knowledge of PC operations
l Flexible, team work oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
l Less
experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
