Responsibilities
- Secure a consistent, seamless positive customer experience through all channels
- Develop, lead and deliver a sustainable long-term plan for growth, visitations and profitability in the market
- Secure competent and high-performing teams and leaders who inspire and empower every co-worker to recognize and understand their contribution Ensure company concept is implemented in a consistent manner in all media and channels
- Increase the number of visitors to the store and the website as well as the conversion rate Lead the store in a lean and simple way by using the foundations of the company Concept as best practice
- Improve ways of working and identify and develop new business opportunities Ensure that all departments work ethically and in compliance with internal regulations and external laws induding legislation relating to risk, environment, health and safety
