Secure and maintain filing system for company documents, contract, agreements & licenses, promotional materials, inventory of parts & accessories and documents related to products. 文檔系統及公司資產管理;
Book keeping of operations dealing with Ordering, Invoicing, Delivering, Inventory & Auditing.文件存檔及收發信件;
Manpower planning and recruitment.人力資源管理;
Maintaining employee attendance, departmental functions and job description records.各部門的出勤記錄統計;
Liaise employee contract terms, benefits and compensation in Labor-management Agreements.Provide office orientation for new employees. Provide orientation and consultation to employee regarding all aspects benefits. 員工合約及薪酬福利統籌;
Administer commencements, terminations, and changes.員工入職/離職及變動行政手續;
Process claims as required. 員工日常報銷事項;
Complete monthly reconciliations and ensure they are consistent with the general ledger, resolve any discrepancies. 月結事項;
Provide support on annual reporting details and yearend financial records.

Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Studies or Accounting / Finance
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience;
Well versed in Macau Labor Ordinance;
Independent and attentive to details;
Excellent communication skill;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Macau Citizens only.
