Secure and maintain filing system for company documents, contract, agreements & licenses, promotional materials, inventory of parts & accessories and documents related to products. 文檔系統及公司資產管理；
Book keeping of operations dealing with Ordering, Invoicing, Delivering, Inventory & Auditing.文件存檔及收發信件；
Manpower planning and recruitment.人力資源管理；
Maintaining employee attendance, departmental functions and job description records.各部門的出勤記錄統計；
Liaise employee contract terms, benefits and compensation in Labor-management Agreements.Provide office orientation for new employees. Provide orientation and consultation to employee regarding all aspects benefits. 員工合約及薪酬福利統籌；
Administer commencements, terminations, and changes.員工入職/離職及變動行政手續；
Process claims as required. 員工日常報銷事項；
Complete monthly reconciliations and ensure they are consistent with the general ledger, resolve any discrepancies. 月結事項；
Provide support on annual reporting details and yearend financial records.

Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Studies or Accounting / Finance
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience;
Well versed in Macau Labor Ordinance;
Independent and attentive to details;
Excellent communication skill;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Macau Citizens only.
